I’m a reporter and audio producer with a background in journalism and psychology. I cover health and wellness with a focus on clarity, inclusion, and elevating underrepresented voices.
My work aims to spark deeper conversations around care, connection, and systemic change.
I report on mental health and community resilience in Colorado, with a lens on how schools, workplaces, and healthcare systems support people and where they fall short.
My stories often examine the real-world impact of system failures, especially for youth and underserved groups. I highlight grassroots efforts and culturally responsive care, while exploring the role of policy, culture, and economics in shaping access to support.
With formal training in psychology and field experience in both urban and rural communities, I work to make complex issues clear and human through both print and audio. At the heart of each story are the people pushing for change.
